Sofie Nystrøm is the former Director General of Norwegian National Security Authority. Previously held executive positions at Norwegian Intelligence Service, DNB Bank, NTNU, and Telenor. She has also held Board of Directors positions at F-Secure, Norwegian Standard, and Police University College.
Nystrøm was appointed a member of government Commission after 22. July terror attack (Commission to asses police and special preparedness) and Commission of Digital Vulnerability in Society.
In 2021 Nystrøm received the honorary award Gunnar Sønsteby Prize together with civil and military bodies that combat the cyber threats.
She has an extensive network internationally and nationally on executive technology leaders in both civil and military sectors. Sofie holds a Master of Science (MSc) in computer sciences from Purdue University (USA), executive leadership program at IMD Business School, and Norwegian Defence University College Executive course.
Karoline Nystrøm is a senior executive with a passion for sustainability and tech.
She has close to 25 years experience from large, multi-national tech companies in CEO/EVP/VP roles (Accenture, Telenor and Schneider Electric).
Karoline is also an experienced chairman and member of board of directors for several technology companies.
Today, she contributes to the boards of Zaptec (EV Charging), ElBits (Digitalization of the Power Grid) and Envac (Automatic Waste Management).
She was in 2019 recognized as the Best European CEO in Energy & Renewables, Top 50 Tech Women 2019, Finalist Oda Women of the year award 2021.
Karoline holds a B.Sc degree in Management and International Finance from Purdue University (USA) and a M.Sc degree from London School of Economics (UK).
